“In 2015, I founded Sprouts Early Education Academy, a New Jersey–licensed preschool located in Linden, NJ. Our program served children ages two-and-a-half to five, providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. During those years, I had the privilege of supporting many families in our community and witnessing firsthand how high-quality early education can transform a child’s life. After nearly a decade of working with young children, I realized I had stepped fully into my purpose.

My holistic philosophy for raising healthy, thriving children centers on three essential pillars: access to high-quality early education, positive parenting practices, and the nurturing of empathy. I believe children learn best in environments that encourage hands-on experiences, curiosity, and creativity—spaces where they feel seen, heard, and supported.

My work in early childhood education inspired me to become an advocate for increasing access to high-quality early learning for all families. I went on to earn a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, which deepened my understanding of children, adults, and family dynamics.
